InnocentlyWiked - I developed several sites for others and many more that were joint ventures but IW was the 1st one I created on a paid host with a purchased domain name for myself.

My previous domain name was something I loved and still do but it just didn’t feel like me anymore. After all this time with my new one I still can’t let go of the old one. At least not yet anyhow, I think some serious remorse would hit me if I saw another person using the domain name. So for now it redirects to my current blog. But I wanted something new!

While brain storming for new domain names it popped in my head and stuck, I’m So Blogging That! During any conversation I could be found saying, “Oh yeah I’m so blogging that later!” People feared their actions or words would end up in a Mock The Stupid post on my blog. The name made perfect sense I knew I had to have it immediately. I called Katy running it by her and she loved it as well.

Off to godaddy I went $8 in hand. While on the phone still going through the purchase process Katy yells, “OMG I’m Blogging That is available too!”

She then asks or um states, “You don’t mind do ya?”

Now how could I possibly tell my best friend no. Of course I didn’t mind, I thought matching blog domains kicked ass. She bought I’m Blogging That and the rest my friends you all know.

Since she’s the serious blogger and I only get to it when I have free time I’ve often wondered if ppl notice the matching names and wonder who thought up the brain child first.. Mwahahaha

Well the answer my friends is that just like everything else in life for the last few years Katy and I did it together and nope it was no accident. We still enjoy a giggle about how it happened ourselves from time to time and of course love saying yes, “I know there is another blogger with a domain name really really close to mine she’s my best friend!”
